My baby came in from crawling around outside the other day, smelling like a BOY.
Of dirt, grass and the outdoors.
He taste-tested everything.
Dried up, crusty worms
Wet, slobbery rocks
and clumps of grass growing up between the patio tiles.
He simply cannot be old enough to be smelling like a boy!
So I took him inside,
washed off that smell of growing up
and snuggled him and all of his sweet baby-ness.
Favorite foods so far: havarti cheese, grapes, broccoli, and blueberries.
As well as tiny sips of diet Coke out of mom's straw for a treat when eating out.
This baby is a charmer.
He even charms the brown dog.
Or perhaps she merely puts up with his fur and eye grabbing tactics for the attention and someone to lick.
He adores his dog. And his mama adores him. So much.
