My little Daniel Boone

 Here is my little baby Daniel Boone in a coonskin hat I found in a bag of baby stuff given to me by a friend.  I couldn't resist. 

 It looks partly like a mullet wig and partly like a winter Russian hat my Grandpa used to wear, only with a tail. 

 Please excuse the blurriness-I had to catch this smile quickly and didn't really have time to focus.  Here is my happy boy. 

 Notice the progression.  Here he is somewhat unsure of the furry, dead animal that is on his head.

 And getting more unsure as it falls over his eyes.  What IS his mother doing to him??

 This was the last one I shot before he burst into tears.  Off came the coonskin hat. 

He then grabbed it and proceeded to suck vigorously.  Everything has been going in this guy's mouth lately.   He is such a good-natured child to allow his crazy photographer mother a photo shoot with dead animals.
